As posted on the LHS Danceline blog, there will be a mandatory meeting for all persons going on the band trip to Sea World & Universal Studios. This meeting is on MONDAY FEBRUARY 22nd at 7:00pm in the band room. Every student should have at least one parent with them. Final Itinerary will be distributed and general information will be covered. If you still have an outstanding balance for the trip it is now past due and MUST be paid NOW.

CPR & FIRST AID CLASS OFFERING
Anyone interested in obtaining certification for CPR and First Aid,please contact Rondy Glaspell @ 304-677-8089. The class will be offered on a Saturday and will last approximately 6 hours for both certifications. Cost of the class is $10 per person.

MARCHING BAND UNIFORMS
Attention: All 1st Semester Marching Band students...
If you are NOT going on the Florida trip and/or you are NOT in Concert or Jazz Band 2nd semester, then you need to bring in your uniform and hang it up in the instrument room. Please make sure that everything issued to you in August is returned in the condition you received it. The $15.00 deposit attached to your band camp fee is based on all items being returned and in good condition (unless you have already discussed an issue with the uniform committee). Some uniforms will have to be issued to another person for concert/jazz band but will be labeled with both names so all students will have their uniform for pictures when scheduled. Any questions, please call.

Comprehensive Educational Facilities Plan Meeting
Please attend the Harrison County Schools Comprehensive Educational Facilites Plan committee meeting tomorrow night (December 14th)at RCB at 6:00pm. It is important that Liberty continues to unite. We need to continue the fight to get our sports complex. Remember it is not built yet. It is important that as many people from Liberty attend. Remember to wear something with Liberty on it.

FLORIDA TRIP
For any parent going on the band trip to Florida or any parent who would still like to go, the costs will be as follows: 2 adults per room: $514/per person, 3 adults per room: $464/per person, 2 adults per room: $443/per person. Also, the next Band Boosters Meeting will be on January 5, 2010 at 7:00pm in the band room.
